Join ourSalesTeam at Bernick s!ABOUT US:Bernick s is a 5th generation family-owned provider of beverages, vending and food solutions, representing leading brands such as Pepsi, Dr Pepper, Miller Brewing Company and New England Coffee.We service locations in greater MN and western WI.The Soft Drink Sales Manager is responsible for leading and driving change in the sales, delivery, and merchandising activities within their assigned area of responsibility. They are also responsible for assisting the VP of Soft Drink Sales with the establishment of monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives and the attainment of those objectives.Core responsibilities:Direct and monitor the Soft Drink Sales Team in the areas of sales, placements, distribution, product rotation, code dates, pricing, POS, displays, and cooler position/sets.Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company sales objectivesMaintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company s customer base.Work closely with the marketing function to establish successful channel and partner programs as well as local and national programs.Meet or Exceed set KPI s and other performance goals including Volume, Margin, Out Date/Breakage, and New Product DistributionCreate and maintain annual budgetStrong candidates have:Bachelors Degree in Sales and Marketing and 5 years of experience in a sales and marketing managing positionKnowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change managementKnowledge of structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectationsExperience in planning marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, and successful public relations effortsAbility to motivate teams to produce results within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projectsOutstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with customers, Team Members, and partnersEstablished contacts and relationships with potential customers and channel partnersAbility to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create results driven, team oriented environmentHOURS:Full-timeMonday-Friday,7:00AM-5:00PM orcompletionOccasional night/weekend workHours may vary with the benefits and challenges that come with the beverage industryBENEFITS:Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, PaidTime Off (PTO), Wellness Program, 401(K) & Company Match, and more.
