Job Description:
Angott Search Group is partnering with a well-established
community bank in Central Minnesota to identify an experienced VP,
Commercial Loan Officer with a strong Agricultural Lending
background to join their growing team. This role is responsible for
developing and managing relationships with agricultural and
commercial clients, structuring and originating loans, and
supporting the continued growth of the bank’s lending portfolio.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have proven experience in
Ag lending, relationship management, and business development
within a community banking environment. Location: This position
offers a hybrid/remote structure, with the expectation of being in
the office 2–3 days per week at the bank’s main location, and
working remotely or visiting clients in the field the remainder of
the week. Candidates must currently reside in Central Minnesota to
be considered.
