Job Description:
Angott Search Group is partnering with a well-established
community bank in Wisconsin to identify an experienced Market
President to join their growing team. The Market President is
responsible for driving business development, expanding commercial
lending relationships, and growing the bank’s presence within the
local market. This role focuses on building strong client
relationships, developing new lending opportunities, and
contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the bank.
Qualifications: Ideal candidates will have 5 years of Commercial
Lending experience, with C&I lending preferred. While
management experience is not required, candidates should
demonstrate strong relationship-building skills and the ability to
generate new business. An Agricultural (Ag) lending background is a
plus but not required. This is an excellent opportunity for a
motivated lender to take ownership of market growth while
partnering with leadership to strengthen the bank’s footprint in
the community.
