working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.
U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to
support leaders within the Technology organization. This role will
report to a senior technology leader and provide shared
administrative support to multiple leaders across the team. The
ideal candidate is highly organized, customer?service oriented, and
comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast?paced,
collaborative environment. This position plays a key role in
enabling technology leaders to stay focused on strategic
initiatives by ensuring strong day?to?day administrative support
and coordination. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative
support to multiple technology leaders, including complex calendar
management, scheduling, and meeting coordination Coordinate
domestic travel arrangements and process expense reports in a
timely and accurate manner Support Workday-related tasks and other
internal administrative processes Assist with event planning
logistics for quarterly offsites, town halls, and team meetings
(flights, agendas, logistics, coordination) Prepare basic
PowerPoint presentations and reports, including materials for staff
meetings, recognition activities, and anniversaries Serve as a
reliable point of contact for leaders and partners, maintaining a
high level of professionalism and responsiveness Partner with
another administrative professional to ensure consistent coverage
and workload balance across the leadership team Required
Qualifications Proven experience in an administrative or executive
support role, ideally supporting multiple leaders Strong
organizational and time management skills with the ability to work
independently and manage shifting priorities Excellent customer
service mindset with the ability to interact effectively with a
wide range of personalities Experience with calendar management,
travel coordination, and expense processing Proficiency with
Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and PowerPoint Strong
attention to detail and follow?through Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting leaders within a technology or corporate
environment Familiarity with event planning or team logistics
coordination Prior experience using Workday or similar HR systems
Basic Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Typically
five or more years of experience in administrative and support

$24.18 - $32.21 U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with
