Pay: From $24.00 per hour Job description: Come join the Smart
Sand team! We are a fully integrated sand supply and services
company, offering complete sand, logistics, storage, and management
solutions to our customers with our in-basin trans-loading
terminals and our smartsystem storage capabilities. We own and
operate premium frac sand mines and related processing facilities
in Wisconsin and Illinois, which have access to three Class I rail
lines, allowing us to deliver products substantially anywhere in
the United States and Canada. We are currently looking for a Haul
Truck Drivers to join our Heavy Equipment team working Night Shift
on a 2, 2, 3 rotation. Position Summary The Haul Truck Driver
operates an off-road haul truck used in supplying the plant with
materials as needed. The position will work under the supervision
of the Mine Supervisor; but will require taking direction from
other Smart Sand Managers. This position is based primarily at our
Oakdale, WI facility. Essential Job Duties Haul material and waste
products from work areas in haul trucks and transport to
appropriate location. Uses hand-held mobile radio units to
coordinate tasks and resources. Performs routine inspection and
preventive maintenance on assigned equipment and refers defects or
repairs to the supervisor. Performs all duties in conformance to
appropriate safety and security standards. Demonstrates constant
commitment to safety, professional behavior, and environmental
considerations. Works cooperatively to comply with facility-wide
environmental and quality management systems. Performs other duties
as assigned. Qualifications Must maintain a clean Motor Vehicle
Record Check (MVR). Must possess a valid WI driver license.
Previous experience driving a haul truck strongly preferred. Good
judgment is required. Must be adaptable and the ability to work in
a fast-paced environment. MSHA training and experience is also a
