Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

considered. This full-time Special Education Resource Teacher
position supports K-12 students within a school setting located in
Eden Prairie, MN. The contract runs from January through the end of
the school year, providing consistent engagement Monday through
Friday, 37.5 hours per week. Responsibilities include developing
and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs), adapting
curriculum to meet diverse learner needs, collaborating with
classroom teachers and support staff, monitoring student progress,
and maintaining compliance with state education regulations. The
ideal candidate will be dedicated to fostering an inclusive
classroom environment that promotes growth and learning for
students with special education needs. Qualifications: - Valid
Minnesota state Special Education Teacher license - Minimum of two
years experience in special education roles - Strong knowledge of
IEP development, special education laws, and resource teaching
strategies - Effective communication and collaboration skills with
students, families, and educational teams - Ability to create
adaptive lesson plans tailored to individual student requirements
