Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A K-12 school
in Saint Michael, North Dakota is seeking a licensed
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026-2027 school year.
This full-time, onsite contract position offers an opportunity to
work with school-aged children from kindergarten through grade 12
within a supportive special education environment. Responsibilities
include: Conducting assessments to identify speech, language, and
communication needs of students Developing and implementing
individualized treatment plans in collaboration with teachers,
parents, and other professionals Providing direct therapy services
to students with a variety of speech and language disorders
Monitoring student progress and updating documentation as required
Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development
of IEPs (Individualized Education Plans) Qualifications: Valid
North Dakota state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
recognized by ASHA (American Speech-Language-Hearing Association)
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology
(SLP-CCC) preferred Experience working with K-12 school populations
highly desirable Strong communication and interpersonal skills to
effectively collaborate with students, parents, and staff Ability
to maintain accurate records and manage caseload effectively
