meet these qualifications will not be considered. This contract
opportunity is for a paraprofessional role supporting students in
center-based classrooms in the Cottage Grove, MN area. There are
two available positions: one at a school serving students with
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and another at a nearby elementary
school. Both positions involve direct support for diverse learners
and may require assisting with toileting, lifting, or feeding when
supporting students as needed. Key Responsibilities: Assist
classroom teachers in providing individualized support to students
within center-based settings Support students with ASD and other
special needs to promote engagement and learning Aid with personal
care tasks such as toileting, lifting, and feeding when necessary
Help maintain a safe and nurturing classroom environment tailored
to students needs Collaborate with teaching staff to implement
educational plans and behavioral strategies Qualifications:
Completion of Para Test Certification is required Proof of college
coursework totaling two years (60 semester credits or 90 quarter
credits) from an accredited institution or a college degree must be
provided Comfort with physical tasks related to student care,
including toileting and lifting Strong interpersonal skills and a
compassionate approach to working with students with special needs
Hours and Location: 32.5 hours per week Positions located in
schools serving students in the Cottage Grove area, Minnesota

Compensation for this position ranges from $20.86 to $34.86.
