Programmer Job Description We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill
Operator and Programmer to join our team. The primary focus will be
on setting up and operating a CNC Haas Mill for the production of
small aluminum parts. This role requires expertise in Mastercam
programming, with an emphasis on creating new programs from scratch
for mid-level complexity parts. Responsibilities Set up and operate
a CNC Haas Mill for small aluminum parts. Perform 1-3 setups daily,
with a typical run time of 3-10 minutes per part. Manage batch
sizes typically ranging from 5-20 parts. Program new parts from
scratch on Mastercam once a week. Engage in production processes
with no prototyping involved. Essential Skills Proficiency in
setting up and operating a CNC Mill, preferably Haas. Strong
Mastercam programming skills, including the ability to program
parts from scratch. Competence in using micrometres, milling tools,
calipers, and blueprints. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with Haas mills is preferred but not required.

Hire position based out of Blaine, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay
range for this position is $35.00 - $50.00/hr. Eligibility
