Job Description Job Description Job Title: Maintenance Technician Job Description We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to lead maintenance operations in our shop. This position has opened due to a recent vacancy and requires an individual with a strong in mechanical maintenance. Experience in the plastics industry and any electrical knowledge would be advantageous. A key focus will be on preventative maintenance. Responsibilities Lead maintenance operations and ensure efficient functioning of machinery. Perform machine tear down and rebuild tasks. Carry out preventative maintenance to prevent equipment failures. Manage pneumatics and hydraulics systems. Repair and troubleshoot paint lines and conveyors. Conduct electrical troubleshooting as needed. Read and interpret schematics for maintenance tasks. Essential Skills At least 5 years of experience as a mechanical maintenance technician, preferably within the plastics industry. Proficiency in machine teardown and rebuild. Experience in preventative maintenance. Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics. Ability to repair and troubleshoot paint lines and conveyors. Electrical troubleshooting skills. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $56000.00 - $72800.00/yr. Brand new, State of the Art facilities (One of the nicest facilities in the area) -Climate controlled facility!
