What You’ll Do Operate and manage Citizen L12 and L20 CNC Swiss machines Run production and deburr parts to ensure high-quality finish Perform tool changes , offsets, and troubleshooting to maintain efficient output Conduct In?Process Inspections and accurately document results Inspect parts using microscopes, micrometers, OGP, gage pins, thread gages, indicators, and calipers Read and interpret layouts, job travelers, and detailed blueprints Apply GD&T principles to ensure dimensional accuracy Follow all manufacturing procedures, safety policies, and quality standards (ISO) Complete routine preventative maintenance and maintain a clean work area Participate in continuous improvement activities and team collaboration What You Bring 2–4 years of CNC Swiss operating experience Experience with Citizen L12 and/or L20 machines Strong blueprint reading and shop math skills Familiarity with ISO quality systems; medical device experience is a plus Proficiency with precision measuring tools and numerical control Understanding of tooling requirements and machine setup Why You’ll Love Working Here Paid 30?minute lunch for every shift Straight 8?hour shifts —no rotating schedules Clean, bright, modern facility with natural light Profit sharing , 401(k) match , and tuition reimbursement Friendly, team-oriented environment with supportive leadership Work on high?precision R&D medical components for major industry partners Company experiencing rapid growth, meaning strong opportunities for advancement Work Environment You’ll work in an extremely clean, well?organized shop equipped with new technology and spacious work areas. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Blaine, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.80 - $28.80/hr.
