Job Description Job Description Job Opening: Maintenance Technician – St. Paul, MN Join Our Team of Skilled Technicians! We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to help keep our facility running at peak performance. If you enjoy solving mechanical and electrical challenges in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you! What You’ll Do Maintain, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment across the facility. Work with industrial automation systems: motors, pumps, drives, servos, relays, and 3-phase power. Read and interpret electrical and mechanical blueprints/schematics. Collaborate with a team to ensure smooth and efficient operations. ? What You Bring Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills. Experience with PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyor systems. Ability to read and understand technical schematics. Welding, HVAC, and field service installation experience is a plus. Class 2B Boilers License preferred (or willingness to obtain). Experience in corrugated materials is helpful but not required. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $95000.00/yr. - Monthly bonus between 10% - 21% of employees total income for the month based on plant performance. - PTO - Insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision) - Weekly pay - Paid holidays - 401K with company match - Opportunity for career growth within the organization.
