Job Description Job Description Quality Inspector – Anoka, MN Pay $23-30/hr Full-Time | Manufacturing | Growth Opportunity Job Overview We are hiring a Quality Inspector to perform in?process inspections of sheet metal parts in a large, clean manufacturing facility. This role involves checking welds, bends, holes, and overall part accuracy against blueprints, while documenting all findings clearly and accurately. Key Responsibilities Perform in?process inspections on sheet metal components Inspect welds, punched holes, bend allowances, and angles Compare finished and in?process parts to blueprint specifications Use calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools Record inspection results with accuracy and attention to detail Required Skills & Experience Experience using calipers, micrometers, and reading blueprints Quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment Sheet metal inspection experience (welds, bends, holes) Minimum 2 years of inspection experience Ability to stand for 10-hour shifts Why Work Here Excellent opportunity for growth and skill development 50-cent raise after 90 days for strong performers with good attendance Additional raises and shift differentials available after 6 months Optional Sunday shifts paid at double time (after 6 consecutive workdays) Company-sponsored education opportunities (welding, engineering, etc.) once hired direct Work Environment Large, clean manufacturing campus with three buildings Not air?conditioned; smoke?free campus (no designated smoking areas) Assembly line production environment Mandatory overtime may occur with advance notice PPE required: steel?toed boots, eye protection, ear protection Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Anoka, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
