Identifies knowledge and skill gaps within teams and, in collaboration with team leads, designs comprehensive and engaging programs to level up capacity and abilities. Rolls L&D programs out (short term and longer term), and sees to fruition, measuring knowledge transfer and adoption.Mixes it Up. You know that different people learn different ways, and that learning is best done in multiple modalities. You use a variety of instructional techniques or formats such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, classroom presentations, and reading and discussion to help ensure that everyone not only grasps but masters the material at hand. You measure the effectiveness of different modalities and seek to continually improve program content and delivery.Follow Through: Follows through with all participants and team leads to ensure that learning programs are effective and applied in the workplace. When you identify gaps, you seek to fill them with additional reinforcing strategies to keep the learning and growth happening on a consistent basis.Communication: An excellent communicator, you effectively and efficiently articulate and share information with people across the organization in writing, by video, and verbally. You work well with your team to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities and how to develop and/or improve programs.Collaborator: You work well with other department and team leads across the company to identify effective and complete programs that build skills in the short and long term, blending the hard skills needed in different positions with the soft skills required for advancement, efficiency and a positive culture.. Requirements:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training & Development, Organizational Development, Communications or related field.
  • 3 years of related learning and development experience.
  • 3 years of supervisory experience.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred
