*Marriage & Family Health Services, Ltd.* is a state-certified
community-based mental health clinic with multiple locations across
west-central Wisconsin. Our clinics provide a wide array of
services that include outpatient counseling, school-based mental
health, and day treatment for children and adolescents. We are
currently seeking to hire a part-time *Human Resources Manager* for
our main office in Eau Claire.
*Job Responsibilities: *
\* Devising, modifying, implementing, and maintaining company
policies and procedures in accordance with state and federal
\* Ensuring that day-to-day clinic operations meet the explicit
requirements that are set forth by the _Wisconsin Department of
Health Services_ and the _Department of Workforce Development_
\* Developing job descriptions that definitively outline appointed
tasks, supervisory assignments, behavioral attributes, and
necessary qualifications for employment
\* Attending to the onboarding of new employees and arranging for
initial training or job shadowing
\* Writing and/or revising employment contracts, communicating wage
and benefit information to the Office Manager, and entering new or
adjusted employment details into the QuickBooks system
\* Maintaining up-to-date personnel records
\* Track, update, initiate and maintain Credentialing and
Recredentialing of agency therapists.
\* Overseeing _Employee Handbook_, as well as an inclusive
_Employee Benefits _outline
\* Attending to the implementation of various employee benefits
(which include retirement plan contributions, health insurance
stipends, and AFLAC policies)
\* Responding to departmental inquiries regarding unemployment
insurance, wage verification, termination of employment, first
report of injury, and/or worker's compensation
\* Assisting credentialing office with the revalidating of Medicaid
enrollment for our various programs, as well as for our individual
\* Assist with Payroll as needed.
\* Reconciling the company's monthly bank statements, and
subsequently generating applicable reports for directorial
\* Running monthly exclusionary reports (and notifying the Board of
Directors of any cautionary items)

Starting wages contingent upon education and experience.
Education / Experience: One year of verifiable work experience in
human resources (or equivalent education), preferably in a clinical
setting (albeit not required).
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.50 per hour
