In collaboration with the Chief Internal Auditor, the Audit Services Manager ensures proper execution of the Audit Service Department vision, strategy and audit plan, including acting on behalf of the Chief Internal Auditor in their absence. The Audit Services Manager leads the financial, operational and compliance auditor group within the Audit Services team. The position includes leading, performing and completing audits of considerable complexity, requiring a high level of experience, and judgment to accomplish goals.Compensation:$100,167.60 - $133,556.80/yr (candidates with significant related experience may be higher)Team Member Benefits:Royal is proud to take care of our team members and their families! Hours will generally be Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm with occasional evening and weekend hours as needed. Remote work is available after initial onboarding and if certain criteria are met.Required Education, Skills and Experience:--- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Finance or related business field.--- Minimum of five (5) years' experience working in the fields of internal or external auditing, or regulatory examining.--- Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Financial Services Auditor (CFSA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).--- Leadership experience (mentoring and/or leading individuals)--- Ability to exhibit understanding of professional internal auditing standards.--- Strong oral and written communication skills.--- Communicate and live RCU's core purpose and values, these define and drive our organizational culture.Preferred Education/Experience:--- Previous supervisory experience.--- Experience using data analytic software or query languages (i.e. ACL, IDEA, SQL).We will be communicating with you by email and/or text on the status of your application.
