digital technology needs, the CDO team is responsible for driving
outcomes across nearly 30 million+ human lives with

challenges.Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business partners to define and lead the
vision, strategy, and roadmap for the UnitedHealthcare Mobile
Application
- Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, collaborating with
cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and
user-centric mobile solutions
- Be consumer obsessed to drive innovation to reduce member
abrasion and increase digital adoption by enhancing personalization
and user experiences
- Partner with engineering to define technical requirements,
manage dependencies, and ensure compliance with healthcare
regulations (e.g., HIPAA)
- Establish and track KPIs to measure product success, iterating
based on data and user feedback
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources while fostering an
agile, high-performance culture
- Lead a team of technical product managers, promoting growth and
accountabilityYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your

in.Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in product management
- 8+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams, managing
stakeholders, and driving data-informed decisions.
- 2+ years of experience working in teams delivering consumer
facing mobile applications
- 2+ years of experience in direct supervision of a team,
including responsibility for performance management, task
delegation, and team developmentPreferred Qualifications:
- Experience with API integration, system design and
management
- Knowledge of product management tools like Aha and Rally
- Proven solid communication, organizational, and prioritization
skills in fast-paced environments*All employees working remotely

PolicyThe salary range for this role is $124,500 to $239,400
annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several
factors including but not limited to local labor markets,
education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group
