A highly respected municipal utility provider in Southern Minnesota is seeking an experienced and mission-driven leader to oversee its electric, gas, and water operations. Reporting directly to a governing board, the Director of Utility Operations will guide long-term strategy, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure high-quality service delivery.

    What You'll Need:

      10+ years of experience in public utilities, infrastructure, or municipal leadership

      Strong business, financial, and operational management background

      Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or public administration
      
      
    • 
      Proven ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with the public
      
      
    •
