OB/GYN Department is seeking a BC/BE physician to join our practice in Eau Claire, WI. The practice current consists of 9 OBGYN Physicians, 9 Certified Nurse Midwives, 2 Nurse Practitioners and 1 Physician Assistant. The physician will provide medical and surgical gynecologic and urogynecologic patient care in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

• Urogynecology and gynecology surgery, and robotics skills are required for this position.
• Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery fellowship training and/or Board Certification is desired.
• Capacity to manage complex benign pelvic surgery beyond incontinence and prolapse, including treating a broad spectrum of disorders affecting the lower genitourinary tract.
• Urogynecologic and female pelvic medicine conditions, congenital anomalies, neuro- urology, and experience radical pelvic surgery, complex abdominal surgery and colorectal surgery through a multispecialty approach.
• Specialty access within gastroenterology, urology, neurology, colorectal surgery, plastic surgery and physical medicine and rehabilitation working collaboratively to form a comprehensive team for evaluation and management.
• Outreach opportunities at our 2 area clinics
• Physicians work closely with advanced practice providers to provide comprehensive urogynecologic care.
• Urogynecology program development is desired.
• No obstetrical coverage will be required for this position. Candidates with a desire to provide a mix of surgical and OB care will be considered. The Department is strategically aligned and engaged in education and teaching. Mentor and leadership opportunities in partnership with onsite Family Medicine Residency program, PA fellowship, and rotations for Certified Midwives and APNP program candidates.
