_Requirements Include:_

Graduate of an accredited program - New Grads Welcome
Current OT Wisconsin state license
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Results-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
Homecare Experience Preferred but not required

Setting: Assisted Living/In-Home Therapy/Outpatient/ALF
