Job Description:

Seeking an experienced Surgical Technologist to work 12-hour shifts on Fridays and Saturdays, with on-call duties on Sundays, in a part-time role with comprehensive benefits.

The Surgical Technologist plays a crucial role in patient care, ensuring a safe and healing environment during surgical procedures. This position requires expertise in sterile and aseptic technique, human anatomy, and surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Prepare and maintain a sterile environment for surgical procedures
  
• Assist surgeons and other medical staff during procedures
  
• Maintain accurate records and communicate with the circulator
  
• Prepare and apply sterile dressings and instruments
  
• Participate in terminal cleaning and preparation of the operating room
  
  
  Requirements:
  
  • 
    
  • Eligibility for employment in the U.S.
    
  • Degree from an accredited Surgical Technologist program
    
  • Surgical Technologist certification preferred
    
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Surgical Technologist in a hospital environment
    
  • BLS certification
