If this sounds like the perfect next step in your ABA career, we want to hear from you!The Regional Director of Clinical Services (RDCS) at Bloomwell Autism Therapy is the pivotal leader responsible for steering clinical excellence, administrative efficiency, team development, and ensuring the delivery of superior ABA services through compassionate guidancefor all the clinics in their region. The RDCS willbe responsible formonitoring a variety of KPIs for their region (related to clinical quality and efficiency of the clinics). The RDCS will manage a region of 5-6 clinics that may span across multiple states and a minimum of 50% travel is required.
