Part-time, 72 hours/pay periodMonday-Friday 8:00a.m. - 8:00p.m.Saturday 8:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. & Sunday 11:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. Three 12 hour shifts a pay period and every 3rd weekend.Mankato Clinic is looking for a Medical Assistant or LPN who will care for patients with compassion, empathy and respect to ensure our clinics are a welcoming and healing place. MAs and LPNs assist our physicians and providers with patient visits, greeting, rooming and educating patients, setting up for exams and procedures, taking vital signs, and documenting symptoms. Join a great team of providers and staff dedicated to caring for people.Key Job Duties:Assist providers and departments by maintaining an efficient daily operation, following a daily schedule, and communicating updates as need.Perform core nursing functions as needed for the department.Document patient data in Electronic Health Record system. All data should be accurate, objective, timely and relevant to the patients care.Administer medications and/or immunizations in correct dosages as ordered using 8 Rights of Medication Administration. Distribute appropriate educational materials.
