The Surgical and Procedural Services Nurse Educator facilitates
staff development, plans educational programs, mentors nurses, and
maintains clinical competence through patient care.
Qualifications include a BSN or healthcare-related Bachelor's, 5+
years in surgical/perioperative nursing, experience in education
and quality improvement, and an active California RN license.
Certifications required: BLS through AHA; additional unit-specific
requirements apply.
