Job Description:
Join our team as an LPN with a sign-on bonus of $5,000 full-time
or $2,500 part-time.

The LPN provides high-quality routine care under supervision,
assists in developing and updating the Tenant--------s Plan of
Care, and monitors tenant health, reporting changes to the RN.
They supervise unlicensed staff, assign tasks, and ensure tenants
achieve optimal well-being.
Qualifications: completion of an approved nursing program, current
Minnesota LPN license, CPR certification.
