Job Description:
The Primary Care Clinician Nurse collaborates with healthcare
teams to deliver high-quality, safe patient care across the clinic
setting.
Responsibilities include coordinating wellness and chronic illness
activities for the entire patient population, with success measured
by patient satisfaction and quality performance metrics.
Acts as a clinical leader, utilizing critical thinking and
problem-solving skills to ensure positive outcomes.
Requirements include a nursing degree (BSN preferred), RN licensure
in New Mexico, BLS certification, and at least one year of clinical
experience.
Supervises daily clinical support staff, ensures staff orientation,
and supports clinical care continuity.
Must meet physical demands such as standing, walking, lifting up to
50 pounds, and working under stressful conditions in a clinic
environment.
