Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (RN) for a full-time
leadership role in a skilled nursing facility in Salem, OR.
Lead and manage the nursing department, ensuring compliance with
regulations and delivering high-quality patient care.
Develop policies, oversee staffing, budgeting, and participate in
facility inspections.
Qualifications include a current RN license, minimum 3 years
supervisory experience, and 6 months in rehabilitative nursing.
Strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and excellent
communication skills required.
