• Streamlined credentialing process, with all documentation gathered for your review. Responsibilities:
  • Shift Length: 8a-5p, Monday through Friday
  • Patient Volume: 15 patients per day
  • Electronic Medical Records (EMR): EPIC
  • Trauma Level: - Qualifications/Requirements
    • License: WI
    • DEA: Required
    • Board Certification: Board Certification required, preferably through ABFM. Will consider other boards
    • Life Supports: BLS, ACLS, and PALS are routine for clinic. Does not have to have ATLS due to not covering ER. NRP if doing OB.
