passionate medical physicists to join our dynamic team at our two
linac external beam hospital site in Eau Claire, WI. This is your

System: Work alongside one other onsite medical physicist, with
backup from other regional medical physicists (10 positions across
five regional sites) and the Rochester, MN practice. Eau Claire is
approved for up to three Radiation Oncologists onsite and has one
onsite dosimetrist who is supported by seven other regional
dosimetrists.State-of-the-Art Technology: Utilize our departments
integrated Aria v18.0 R&V, MIM 7.3.6, beam-matched TrueBeams
v4.1 (including Hypersight), ExacTrac Dynamic 2.0, and a suite of
other advanced hardware and software. You'll have the backing of
other medical physicists, RadOnc IT professionals, Mayo and vendor
field service engineers, and comprehensive department-wide service

and maintains all information used in calculation and delivery of
radiation doses given to patients. Analyzes and evaluates equipment
performance used in the delivery of radiation therapy. Provides
technical assistance and clinical support to Consultant staff and
Allied health personnel as needed at the regional practice.
Provides cross-coverage to other regional sites, which includes
travel to other regional practice sites as staffing warrants.
Remains current in all treatment techniques and applicable medical
physics practice relevant to the regional site. Provides
instruction to residents, dosimetry staff, therapy staff, pre- and
postdoctoral students. Develops, and performs quality assurance
procedures and monitors radiation output, mechanical integrity and
safety of equipment used in radiation therapy. Remains current on
Federal, State, and Institutional safety guidelines in particular
applicable at the regional site.QualificationsM.S., M.M.P., D.M.P.,
or Ph.D. in Medical Physics or a master's and/or doctoral degree in
Physics or a related field. American Board of Radiology,
Therapeutic Medical Physics certification or equivalent. Three
years post degree clinical medical physics experience.Certified by
the American Board of Radiology (ABR) in Therapeutic Medical
Physics and/or the American Board of Medical Physics (ABMP) in
