Job Title: Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics Therapist Profession: Respiratory Therapy Specialty: CRT / RRT Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years experience required License: Valid state Respiratory Care Practice license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS, CRT or RRT through NBRC Must-Have: Experience with all ages, including infants, critical care, and NICU Description: This position is for a Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics Therapist. The role is available for either CRT or RRT certified candidates. The therapist will work 36 hours per week on a night shift schedule. The position involves working with up to 20 patients per shift. Responsibilities include airway management, nebulizer and inhaler therapy, and critical care interventions. The candidate must demonstrate strong communication and clinical skills. Experience with invasive and noninvasive ventilation is desired. There will be a requirement for CO2 and capnography monitoring. Suctioning and trach care will also be part of the responsibilities. Candidates should be autonomous in practice. Experience in critical and neonatal care is important. The therapist will float within the facility as needed. Compliance with COVID-19 and flu vaccination requirements is necessary.
