Opportunity Highlights Schedule : 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off or 4-5
days/week; 7a-3p (flexible) Job Setting : Office-based visits,
follow-ups, and procedures Types of Cases : Spinal cord
stimulation, radio-frequency ablation, injections Credentialing :
Estimated 60 days; temporary privileges may be possible Minimum
Requirements Board Certified/Board Eligible : Board Certification
required Certifications : ACLS, BLS Licensure : Wisconsin license
