This facility is seeking a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity: · Schedule: 2 weeks on 2 week off, flexible schedule for 4 to 5 days per week, 7:00am-3:00pm · Practice Setting: Outpatient · Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days · State Licensure: Wisconsin License or Interstate Medical Compact Licensure · Requirements: Board Certified, Active State License, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and use of EPIC Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Job Benefits AMN Healthcare typically arranges medical or dental malpractice insurance for the contractor providers we match to client opportunities.
