Marshfield Medical Center Eau Claire is seeking a BC/BE
Anesthesiologist to join our growing practice in Eau Claire,
Wisconsin . The right candidate will enjoy a busy practice as part
of the Anesthesia team. This position provides medical direction to
CRNAs and self-performs general and regional anesthesia. Cases are
performed at MMC-EC and the attached surgical center. Marshfield
Clinic can support a variety of visas, including J1 waivers
(location dependent) and H1Bs (cap exempt organization).
Compensation and Benefits Annual compensation of at least $530k
(varies by practice) if you complete the required number of shifts
for 1.0 FTE In addition, up to $150k retention incentive if you
remain a 1.0 FTE for 5 years (this will be subject to a contractual
agreement, specifying all details). CME annual allowance Health,
