Start Date: June 20, 2024 Coverage Need/Schedule Details: In-patient and Out-patient Setting Mix On-going Need Call Regular Scheduled Shifts Candidate Requirements: WI licensure not required (would prefer providers with an active IMLC) Required Certifications: ACLS,BLS,PALS,AHA, Minimum Board Status: Board Eligible Clean Record: No Malpractice Claims Job/Practice Description: Open Dates: June 21 to July 1 July 26 to Aug 1 Aug 16 - 18 Aug 26 - Sept 9 Oct and beyond TBD Must be able to perform circumcisions Will need to be available for orientation the day before first shift
