Job Description Marshfield Medical Center - Minocqua is seeking
a BC/BE Anesthesiologist to join its team in the Northwoods of
Wisconsin in Minocqua, Wisconsin. The right candidate will enjoy a
busy practice as part of the anesthesia team in providing medical
direction to CRNAs and self-performed services in a beautiful
facility. Regional anesthesia cases working with Urology, ENT,
Gynecology, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Podiatry, and more. About
4,000 surgeries per year. Marshfield Clinic can support a variety
of visas, including J1 waivers (location dependent) and H1Bs (cap
exempt organization). Compensation and Benefits - Annual
compensation of at least $530k (varies by practice) if you complete
the required number of shifts for 1.0 FTE - In addition, up to
$150k retention incentive if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 5 years (this
will be subject to a contractual agreement, specifying all
details). - 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off schedule. 182 working days per
year - CME annual allowance - Health, Dental, Life, Disability, and
Occurrence-Based Malpractice insurance - Relocation support

population is approximately 10,000. Fun Fact: Minocqua is home to a
30' tall snowman in the winter called "Snowmy Kromer" due to the
