Job Description:
Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan (LSS)
is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Human Services
Professional to join our team. This vital role involves providing
direct support and services to individuals and families in need,
fostering an environment of health, healing, and hope in line with
our commitment to serve the community. Our services cover a broad
range including child and family support, addiction recovery,
community living assistance, and disaster response initiatives. The
ideal candidate will be a driven team player passionate about
making a tangible difference in the lives of others. Assess client
needs and provide direct support services accordingly. Develop and
implement service plans in coordination with a multidisciplinary
team. Facilitate workshops and group sessions for clients as
required. Maintain accurate records and reports on client progress
and service effectiveness. Provide crisis intervention services
when needed. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability
to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team Knowledge of
crisis intervention techniques Proficiency in case management
software and reporting tools Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Certified Social Work Case Manager (C-SWCM)
preferred First Aid and CPR Certification
