Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan (LSS) is seeking a compassionate and skilled Therapist to join our dedicated team in providing holistic and effective therapy and counseling services, aiding our mission to promote health, healing, and hope in the community. As an LSS Therapist, you will work in a supportive environment aiming to address a variety of needs including addiction support, family therapy, and individual counseling, thereby impacting lives through direct intervention and tailored care plans. Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions to address psychological and emotional issues Develop and implement treatment plans based on clinical experience and knowledge Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to plan or coordinate treatment, drawing on social services programs and community resources Maintain confidential records and create client assessments in compliance with professional standards Participate in training and development sessions to improve therapy and counseling skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in using healthcare databases and professional software Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Licensed as a Clinical Social Worker or Marriage and Family Therapist (LCSW, MFT) in the state of Wisconsin or Michigan CPR and First Aid certification
