Job Description Marshfield Medical Center – Eau Claire is seeking a BC/BE Otolaryngologist to join our established team in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Onsite Audiology, Speech, and Language Pathology support our busy Otolaryngology physicians. There is great team collegiality with dedicated support staff, to help build the practice you desire. Marshfield Clinic Health System has the longest continuous running ENT program in Wisconsin! - Outreach to Ladysmith and/or Rice Lake - Comprehensive array of cases, full scope ENT practice - Well established referral base from across Marshfield Clinic Health System - Collegial environment with OR team - Call coverage is 1:3 - Clinic and hospital attached Marshfield Clinic can support a variety of visas, including J1 waivers (location dependent) and H1Bs (cap exempt organization). Compensation and Benefits - Competitive salary - Compensation floor of $700,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs. - In addition, a $150,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details) - 4 weeks of vacation and 2 weeks CME to start - CME annual allowance - Health, Dental, Life, Disability, and Occurrence-Based Malpractice insurance - Relocation support Marshfield Clinic Health System is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization.
