Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years
Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. This opportunity is for a
Behavior Specialist with BCBA certification to support K-12
students in a school setting in Eden Prairie, MN. This contract
position begins ASAP and will last through Christmas Break, with
potential for extension. The role involves working approximately
36.25 hours per week, serving 8 classrooms and supporting 40-45
students, including direct behavior intervention for 4 students.
Key responsibilities include conducting Functional Behavior
Assessments (FBA), developing behavior intervention plans,
maintaining detailed documentation, and providing ongoing
debriefing and support to staff. The specialist will operate
primarily within one building, covering both South Education Center
and North Education Center. Qualifications and skills desired: BCBA
certification required Experience as a Behavior Specialist in K-12
schools Ability to manage multiple classrooms and students
effectively Proficiency in conducting FBAs and writing behavior
support plans Strong organizational and communication skills for
paperwork and team collaboration This position offers the
