Job Description:

Marshfield Medical Center is seeking a BC/BE Anesthesiologist to join an established Department of Anesthesia at our flagship location in Marshfield, Wisconsin . The ideal candidate will provide Anesthesia coverage, including medical direction to CRNAs, regional anesthesia, OB, and invasive monitoring. Support surgical services at a level II trauma center in a rural setting, all cases except for transplants. Pediatric and cardiac cases are covered by fellowship-trained anesthesiologists. Marshfield Clinic can support a variety of visas, including J1 waivers (location dependent) and H1Bs (cap exempt organization). Compensation and Benefits Annual compensation of at least $530k (varies by practice) if you complete the required number of shifts for 1.0 FTE In addition, up to $150k retention incentive if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 5 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement, specifying all details) 188 working days/year CME annual allowance Health, Dental, Life, Disability, and Occurrence-Based Malpractice insurance Relocation support Marshfield Clinic Health System is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization.
