ARRT, BLS Must-Have: Must have C-arm experience. Must be able to
function in the operating room. Experience in a hospital setting is
required. Description: Department has 14 scanners, including those
in various areas. There may be a need to float or cover different
areas, including inpatient and clinic settings. Common types of
imaging/studies performed include all procedures, L2 trauma,
portables, and OR support. The average number of scans/studies
varies depending on whether staff is covering the clinic or
hospital. Overnight shifts have two staff members to ensure safety
and support. Electronic medical records system used is Cerner, with
Siemens PACS for imaging. Department specific equipment includes
FUJI for rooms and portables. There is no lead tech or supervisor
present during the night shift. Radiologists are not on-site 24/7
but can be contacted through a night reading service. There is no
requirement for starting IVs. Weekend and holiday shifts are part
of the rotation, with seven days on followed by seven days off.
Scrubs are provided and OR scrubs may be worn, as there may be
opportunities to assist in the operating room. Orientation is
dependent on the shift working, with a requirement for 1-2 shifts
in the department for acclimation. All clinicians must clock in and
out at the facility. Cancellation policy allows for client
cancellation up to 12 hours every 13 weeks. This position does not
have a call or standby requirement, ensuring work-life balance. The
care setting is acute and trauma level is 2. Requirements Required
