Job Description Job Description Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A specialized opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Behavior Intervention Specialist (BIS) to support K-12 students in an elementary/middle school setting. This contract position runs through June 4, 2025, with an immediate start date and requires a commitment of 36.25 hours per week. Responsibilities include managing a caseload of approximately 40 to 45 students across 8 classrooms. The role involves conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), developing and implementing behavior plans, completing required paperwork, and collaborating through debriefing sessions to support student behavioral goals. The position is based in a single school building, providing focused and consistent intervention services.
