Registered Nurse (RN) | Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Location: Minneapolis, MN Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $3,337 per week Shift Information: 4 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 16 Weeks Start Date: 2/9/2026 About the Position Job Title: Neonatal RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: NICU Duration: 16 weeks Shift: Night 4x12-Hour; Day 4x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 2 years NICU nursing experience License: MN RN license required prior to start date Certifications: Current BLS and NRP certifications required Must-Have: - Ability to care for infants requiring assisted ventilation, including high-frequency ventilator, conventional vents, and non-invasive methods. - Experience in pre and post-operative care of critically ill newborns, including those with trachs. - Experience with pre-term infants, including extremely low birth weight population. - Strong knowledge of developmental care. - Experience traveling as a nurse. - Availability for start on 2/9 or 2/23. Description: The Neonatal RN will float between NICU, Special Care Nursery, and Infant Care Center. Candidates must have two years of NICU nursing experience. Responsibilities include caring for infants requiring assisted ventilation methods. Experience in caring for critically ill newborns and pre-term infants is essential. Strong knowledge of developmental care is required. Candidates must be willing to work every other weekend. Travel experience is preferred but not required. Locals are accepted at the same rate as travelers. References are not required; however, 1-2 references may help candidates stand out.
