Manager at Rochester Rehab & Living Center! /n /n Shift Details:
M-F 8am-4:30pm, occasional weekends /n Compensation: $93,600-
$99,840 per year (based on experience) /n *This RN Manager will

/n /n About the Job: The Nurse Manager role is to utilize the
nursing process in planning and providing direct care to residents
as assigned. As a leader in the organization, the Nurse Manager
will be the person “in charge” according to the Nurse Practice Act.
/n Essentials: /n /n - Provides Leadership and Direction on
assigned units with all staff. /n - Resident Care Functions which
include medication, treatments and follow nursing protocols. /n -
Responsible for holding staff accountable for correctly following
policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook and
nursing job descriptions. /n - Responsible for Staffing when the
Staffing Coordinator is not present. /n - Charting, Documentation
and Assessment Functions. /n /n /n - Completes employee evaluations
in a timely manner as directed. /n - Assists with disciplinary
actions as assigned by the Director of Nursing. /n - Coordinates
and conducts routine nursing staff meetings on assigned unit. /n -
On-call rotational schedule /n /n /n /n /n Required Qualifications:
/n /n - Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of MN /n
- Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience, with a
combination of long-term care dementia care or acute care. /n -
Effective written and oral communication skills and good
interpersonal skills. /n - Organizational, prioritization and time
management skills. /n - Possess adequate strength, coordination,
dexterity and endurance to meet the strenuous physical demands of
such resident care responsibilities as lifting and moving patients.
/n - Ability to utilize computers and other electronic devices for
tasks such as timekeeping, in-servicing and documentation. /n /n
