Evaluate patients' condition and develop appropriate physical rehabilitation plans Help patients improve their ability to perform tasks in their daily living and working environments Work collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team to implement care plans Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as needed Educate patients and their families about care plans and ongoing management strategies Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to adapt treatment plans to individual patient needs Proficiency in documentation and time management Experience with home health software and technology Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Valid occupational therapist license NBCOT certification preferred
