Job Description Job Description Windom Area Health is growing our surgery department and is looking for a dedicated Surgical Tech to join our team! Location: Windom, MN Pay Range: $27.81- $38.92 per hour *Rates offered will reflect applicable experience. Sign-on: $5,000 paid over two years! Windom Area Health is seeking a part-time or full-time Surgical Technologist to work days on our growing OR team. We are open to schedules ranging from .6 - .8 FTE to meet YOUR needs! Responsibilities include providing superior patient care through surgery, procedures, and central supply activities. You will work closely with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the success of each surgery. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace and following all safety protocols. Experience and AST certification preferred. Call rotation split between 4-5 techs.
