Job Description Job Description Our busy home health agency is
rapidly growing, and we’re seeking an experienced home health aide
to assist us in providing superior in-home health care to clients.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent organization and
communication skills, and 1-3 years of experience working as an HHA
or caregiver. You’ll assist our patients with companionship, basic
medical care, light housekeeping duties, personal care, and hygiene
tasks so that they are empowered to live happily at home. If you

and apply today! Compensation: $16 - $19 hourly Responsibilities:
Provide personal care tasks such as calling doctors’ offices,
scheduling appointments, and coordinating Medicare and other
insurance details Implement care plans as directed by the case
manager, and keep updated and accurate care records Maintain
psychological and emotional support for patients and family members
- provide quality companionship Supervise medications and assist
patient in organizing, refilling, and taking medications, as well
as meal planning and preparation Enable patients to complete
personal hygiene tasks like bathing, toileting, shaving, grooming,
dressing, etc. Administer Medications: Dispense medications as
directed by the Registered Nurse (RN), maintaining an annual error
rate of no more than one mistake. Resident Response: Attend to
resident call lights within 10 minutes to ensure responsive and
attentive care. Light Housekeeping: Perform regular light
housekeeping in resident rooms at least once weekly to promote a
clean and comfortable living space. Service Charting: Accurately
document all services provided without missing tasks, ensuring
compliance with company standards. Assistance with ADLs: Support
residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) according to each
individual’s Client Service Plan, with a zero-tolerance policy for
missed tasks. Assist patients in completing personal hygiene tasks
like bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, shaving, etc. Oversee
medication tasks such as opening bottles, organizing
self-administered dosing, and arranging refills; and assist with
meal preparation and planning. Provide personal care tasks such as
calling doctors’ offices, scheduling appointments, and coordinating
Medicare and other insurance details. Execute basic medical tasks
such as replacing bandages and dressings, taking vital signs,
measuring glucose, and ensuring the proper use of medical devices.
Qualifications: Some college preferred, but a high school diploma
or GED is required Pass a full employment background check, drug
test, and physical, and possess current CPR certification and first
aid training Must have 1-3 years of experience as a personal
caregiver, HHA/ home health aide, nursing assistant, or personal
care aid for a home health agency at patient homes or care
facilities setting Physical requirements include being able to lift
up to 100 lbs, may be required to stoop, bend, reach, and transfer
patients up to 250 lbs as needed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
or Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) is highly valuable- approved
home health aide training programs from community colleges are

are needed, and you must be able to pass a full employment
background check, drug test, and physical A valid state driver’s
license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance are
required 1-3 years of experience as an HHA/ home health aide,
personal caregiver, nursing assistant, or personal care aid for a
home health agency, at patient homes, or care facilities is needed
Completion of home health aide training programs from community
colleges is acceptable - Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or
Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) is a plus Empathetic,
