a Caregiver (also known as a Home Health Aide or Personal Care
Assistant ) make a meaningful impact by helping clients in the
comfort of their homes. All of our clients desire different levels
of care, you may provide companionship, light housekeeping,
personal care, meal prep, errands, or simply brighten their day. No
experience? No problem — we’ll provide all the training you need!
Pay: $18 - $20 / hour *Pay is dependent on experience level as well
as shifts working - Shift differentials can increase hourly rates
up to $25 / hour! We Offer both Part-Time and Full-Time Caregiver
positions! *Benefits available with Full-Time roles Weekly Pay with
direct deposit or debit card Flexible Scheduling including weekends

Available Shift Times: 8am - 12pm 8am - 4pm 10am - 3pm 11am - 2pm
4pm - 10pm Overnight Coverage Hours Available: 10pm - 6am 9pm - 9am

Caregiver position in Onalaska, WI! Responsibilities Provide client
with hygiene care as directed including, but not limited to:
bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, undressing, toileting
activities, feeding, linen changes and light housekeeping Prepare
and administer meals according to client’s diet Take and record
vital signs, as well as height and weight, if necessary Assist
client in active and passive range of motion defined by the plan of
care, document observed changes and report any changes to the
Director of Nursing Assist client in walking and transportation to
doctor appointments, outdoor activities and shopping Develop and
promote a safe environment for quality client care through
adherence to established policies, procedures and standards Ensure
client’s rights are adhered to Required Skills Licensed driver with
reliable transportation that is insured in accordance with the
organization’s requirements Ability to adhere to HIPAA and maintain
client confidentiality Ability to read, write, speak and understand
English and communicate effectively Ability to travel up to 30
minutes as needed for client care service needs as well as staff
and business needs including job required training and conferences.
