(Travel/Contract) We're hiring experienced RN-MedSurg Peds for a
12-week contract in Viroqua, Wisconsin — earn up to ($2022 - $2129
per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility.

winners. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in a MedSurg
pediatric setting. Participate in ongoing professional development
and training. Collaborate with healthcare team to develop patient
care plans. Achieve performance targets and contribute to team
goals. Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs.
Educate patients and families on health management and recovery.
Adhere to safety and infection control protocols. Communicate
effectively with patients, families, and team members. Utilize
electronic health records for accurate documentation. Engage in
quality improvement initiatives within the department. Manage time
effectively to prioritize patient care tasks. Assist in the
orientation and training of new staff. Experience/Qualifications
Valid RN license in Wisconsin with MedSurg and pediatric
experience. Strong commitment to ongoing professional development
and learning. Ability to collaborate effectively with
multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Strong communication skills
with patients, families, and team members. Experience with
electronic health records and patient documentation. Proven ability
to monitor and document patient progress accurately. Ability to
manage time effectively and prioritize patient care tasks.
Knowledge of safety and infection control protocols in healthcare.
Experience in quality improvement initiatives within a healthcare
setting. Willingness to assist in the orientation and training of
