(PTA) - Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF): PRN POSITION Increased
rates when medical benefits are waived.: This position is
exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a
SLP. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility

Summary: Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents
in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the
interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of
life.: Qualifications: • Graduate of an accredited PTA program •
Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required • SNF or
post-acute experience preferred • Net Health documentation
